This isn't new. And by this, she means Liminal Space. Not entirely new anyway. She's seen a few of these now. Not terribly many - she's only been here for two jaunts - but enough to get a hang of them.
Enough also to know that this is the time when new people arrive. And she's still hoping for her pack to follow, because that will just make all of this easier to deal with.
So far, though, she's had no luck. Not like there's much system to her search - she's just wandering around, circling, making rounds - whatever you will call it. She's found a few newbies already, they tend to be comparatively easy to spot, but so far, no luck on her pack. And, a niggling voice in her brain asks, wouldn't it have made sense for them to arrive at the same time as her if they were to arrive at all?
